Here are a few things you can ignore...never worry about them!
SPAM WARNINGS
#1 - Never worry about spam Facebook warnings. These can be messages or email. You can ignore them. Definitely DO NOT CLICK on any of them to avoid getting hacked.
If Facebook has issues with your ads, they will notify you in "Account Overview."
THE LEARNING PHASE
#2 - Don't worry about your ads being in the "learning phase." All it means is that you're getting less than 50 "events" in a 7 day period. Events are whatever you were optimizing for, like landing page views or leads.
I'm in a small town and my ads work great and never
leave the learning phase.

AD SET MAY GET ZERO LEADS
#3 - When you're placing Lead Ads, Facebook will always say that "Ad Set May Get Zero Leads."
If you bump up the budget, you'll see the error will go away.
They just want you to spend more. If you spend $20-40/day you'll be fine. :)
PLACEMENT ERRORS
#4 - If you see an error in your ad level about placements, just know Facebook will skip that placement.
It's not a big deal and you don't have to worry about it.
